Tony Tucker

Tony Ray Tucker, 74, of Albemarle, passed away  August 29, 2021, at his home in Stanly County.

At his request, a private graveside service will be held at Stanly Gardens of Memory.

Mr. Tucker was born September 5, 1946, in Albemarle, North Carolina, to Willard Ray and Cora Lee Tucker. He served in the United States Navy and was a retired police officer.

His interests included family, cars and reading. He devoted much of  his time and energy as a caregiver to family members.

Mr. Tucker is survived by his partner Margaret Tucker; his sister, Linda Eury; 2 daughters, Jennifer Vinton and Heather Tucker; and grandchild Ryan Vinton.
