Tou Vang

 A LIFE WELL LIVED

Tou Vang, 34, of New London, gained his wings on Thursday, July 4th, 2024, at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord. Tou is survived by his father, Ying Vang, and mother Kia Vue of New London, NC; sister, Mary Vang of Clovis, CA; sister, Cindy Vang of Albemarle, NC; brother, Nou Vang of New London, NC; sister, Pang Ku Vang of Fresno, CA; brother, Chen Vang of New London, NC; and many beloved aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Our dear brother, Tou Vang, the youngest sibling in our family, lived a happy and cheerful life. His bubbly personality always lit up the room with laughter and light. His humor is contagious, and there's never a dull moment with him. Anyone who had met him, got to hang out with him would see how gentle his heart is. One of his passions is creating music. He loves singing, rapping, and expressing his thoughts and feelings through music. Tou's devotion to his family and friends extended to his passion for cooking, where he crafted delightful meals for everyone to enjoy. His most famous dish was the baby back ribs. Since childhood, Tou has always been passionate about cinema, and he has a deep appreciation for the art of filmmaking. He collected a series of DVDs, movies, and films. Upon moving to the countryside in New London, NC, Tou embarked on a new chapter where he found joy in building several chicken coops and raising chickens. He would always lend a hand to help others in need, and his loving nature made everyone feel at ease.

As he departs this world, he left behind the love and warmth that will forever echo in the hearts of those he touched. His spirit will live on, awaiting the joyous reunion with his loved ones in the embrace of our Heavenly Father. We bid farewell to Tou Vang as his memory will forever be a beacon of light, guiding us through life's journey with courage and love, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and always remembered in their hearts.

The service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. with a reception in the visitation room from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Burial will immediately follow the service at Stanly Gardens of Memory, 2001 East Main St., Albemarle.
