Tres Page, 48, of Gastonia, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020.
Tres was born July 30, 1971 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Arthur Page Jr. and Dee Crayton.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Jackie; grandparents, Arthur Page and his wife Mae Page, Ruth Skidmore and O.R. Skidmore; and father-in-law Richard McQuitter; and grandson, Asa McQuitter.
Tres was an avid sports fan, and loved The Carolina TarHeels. In his younger years, he grew up playing at Broadmoor Athletic Assocation and went on to play sports at Sedgefield Junior High and Harding High School, later becoming a referee and umpire for youth and high school sports. He had the distinct honor of umpiring the championship game in 2007 at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The majority of his work career was spent at Heyworth Plumbing in Charlotte and in Gaston County School System, and most recently with O'Rielly Auto Parts. Everyone loved Tres and he loved everyone, but most of all his kids, grandkids, and especially his Momma.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:45 am, Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg, 12115 University City Blvd, Harrisburg NC. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 12:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg, officiated by Tim Poston. Burial will follow in Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte. Family request that all guest wear their mask.
Survivors include mother, Dee Crayton and her husband Tom of Charlotte, NC, father, Arthur "Pinky" Page of Stanly North Carolina; sons, Donovan (Angelina) McQuitter and Jorden Page; granddaughters, Emilia and Ramona McQuitter; Mother- in-Law, Hazel McQuitter; sister-in-law, Deborah Ally ("Mo"); sister, Patsy Page; brother, Mike (Jana) Page; brother-in-laws, Richard McQuitter, Jr., and Keith McQuitter; nieces, Maggie Miller, Danielle Brown and Kyndall Brice; nephews, Joey Page, Jeramie Page and Cameron Page.
