Trudy Ballard

Trudy Diane Ballard, 73, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

She was born April 8, 1949 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Donald Edward Ballard Sr. and the late Inez Nix Ballard.  Trudy was also preceded in death by Linda Helms and Donald Edward Ballard JR.

Trudy was a go getter. Nothing stopped this woman from conquering anything she set her mind to. She loved her family dearly and was the most giving  woman you ever met. She enjoyed the outdoors from camping, floating down the river, cookouts with family and so much more. Her favorite color was purple and she had love for butterflies. Trudy retired in the furniture industry several years ago and then took her time spending with her great grandchildren as often as she could.

Trudy will have a private graveside service on a later date.

Survivors include sisters, Patricia Sheldon, Kathy McClamrock and Debbie Mullis, daughters, Teresa Jacobs, Jackie Jacobs & Kimberly Foley of Concord, NC, son, Kevin (Gloria) Foley of Concord, NC and 13 loving grandchildren.
