True Lee

True Lee, 75, of Albemarle, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 at her home in Albemarle.

True was born July 14, 1946 in Laos to the late Chia Houa Lee and the late Mai Vang.

The family will receive friends from 8:00 am on Friday, June 17, 2022 until 12:00 pm on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at AMVET Post 910. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2022 at AMVET Post 910 in Albemarle. Burial will immediately follow at the Stanly Gardens of Memory at 2001 East Main St., Albemarle.

Survivors include husband, Waneng Vang; daughter, Sao Vang and husband, Kou Moua of Green Bay, WI; grandchildren, Small, Ricky, Tammy and husband Chinu, David, Angel, and Elijah Moua; great-grandsons, Felix and Logan; step-sons, Pao Vang, Yee Vang, and Kong Vang and their families; and step-daughter, Houa Vang.

True enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing. She was always very giving to her community. True loved her family more than anything and was an awesome grandmother to all of her grandchildren who she raised as her own.
