Vicki Green

Vicki Wade Green, 66, of 3155 Greenbriar Road, Concord, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. She was born on May 15, 1944 in Cabarrus County to Margaret Kennerly Wade, of Morganton and the late Graham Wade. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Monday, October 4, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be at Hartsell Funeral Home in the chapel on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Mitch Wilson officiating. Burial will be Cabarrus Memorial Gardens. At other times the family will be meeting at the home, 3155 Greenbriar Road, Concord. Vicki was retired from Bristol Myers Squibb where she worked in the cuff room. She was a member of the Red Hat Women’s Society. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Chester Green Sr., who passed away on August 22, 2005. She is survived by her sons, Chet Green of Mt. Pleasant and James "Jimbo" Green and wife, Derinda, of Concord; daughter, Melanie Lane Green, of Concord; grandchildren, Justin, Elizabeth Anne, Austin, and Jacob; and one brother, Butch Wade, of Honduras.
