Vickie Frances Alexander, 68, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 22, 2025 at her home in Kannapolis.
Alexander was born July 7, 1956 in Danville, Virginia to the late Delvis Walker Ayers and the late Mary Elizabeth Ayers.
She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Jesse Blalock, Jr., second husband, Roy Wesley Turner, sister, Linda Ayers and step-daughter, Amanda Blanco.
The funeral service will be on Friday, February 28, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis in Concord officiated by Pastor Joey Rowell. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord.
Survivors include husband, Johnny Ray Alexander, sister Kathryn Ayers, son Charles (Kim) Blalock, daughters Victoria Suzanne Austin, Kelly Alexander, Christina Alexander, step-son Johnny Alexander, Jr., brother-in-law Glenn Alexander, sister-in-law Margaret Sizemore. She is also survived by grandkids, Sandon Sherrill, Douglas Alexander, Noah & Wesley Blalock, Jesse Joplin, Mili, Jayna, James and John Austin, Katelyn Price, Chris Joplin, Bianca Blanco along with great-grandkids, Talulah Sherrill and Hudson Joplin.
To know Vickie was to love her, she loved her family with all of her heart and was proud of each and everyone of them. Her time was well spent in the kitchen where she loved to cook for her family and out on her back porch drinking coffee watching the birds and deer.
