Victor Query

Victor L. Query, Sr., 97, of Concord, NC. died after a brief illness early Saturday morning, October 28, 2017 at his home in Concord.

Mr. Query was born on January 19, 1920 in Cabarrus County, NC. to the late Jacob Leon and Winnie (Yerton) Query.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelyn Virginia Query who died on December 13, 2014. Also preceding him in death was his two loving son, Victor L. Ouery, Jr. and Bobby W. Ouery along with four brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by his devoted son and his wife, Larry D. and Lynn S. Ouery of Concord, NC. Also surviving is his seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Sadie Hefner of Harrisburg, NC.

The family will receive guest from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord, NC. with the funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm with Rev. Neal Carter of Rocker River Presbyterian Church officiating. Internment will be at Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis, NC.

Memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Mr. Query to Saint Andrew's Assistance Living Center, 246 Cabarrus Avenue Concord, NC. 28027.

Vic will forever be missed by his loving and devoted family and many dear friends. May God grant him eternal rest.
