Victor Tiffin, 91 years of age, of Concord, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Brookdale Concord South in Concord.
Victor was born June 25, 1925. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
The family will receive friends Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord. The funeral service will begin 11:00 am in Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Tim Newton. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Salisbury National Cemetery.
Survivors include sons, Victor Tiffin, Jr of Oswego, IL, Donald Tiffin of Rockford, IL, David Tiffin of Ottawa, IL, Mark Blevins, of PA, Allen Tiffin of Elkridge, MD, Nathan Pelletier of MI, Eric Pelletier, of WI and Drew Tiffin, of Rockford, IL; daughters, Brianne Martin of Concord and Melissa Rauchmiller of IL.
