Victoria Smith

Victoria Louise Smith, 90 years of age, of Concord, NC went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at her residence surrounded by family.

Victoria was born February 17, 1927 in New Paltz, NY to the late Frank Salvemine and the late Mary Grace Salvemine.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter William Smith.

Survivors include her son, Gary Smith and wife Crystal of Davidson, NC; son, Walter Smith and wife LeighAnn;  grandchildren, Connor Smith, Weston Smith, Morgan Smith and Tyler Smith; brother, Maurice Salvemine.

Victoria and her husband Walter were owner operators of Nautilus Fitness Centers of Kannapolis and Cornelius, NC.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed socializing and meeting new people.  Victoria loved her George Strait music.  She will be dearly missed by those who knew her.

The family will have a private viewing from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm, Friday, February 2, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow at the graveside at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis, officiated by Father Charles Donovan of St. James the Greater Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County.
