Virginia Harbin

Virginia Hill Harbin, 88, of 8422 Wonderwood Lane Harrisburg, formerly of Gastonia passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. Born on April 10, 1922 in Gaffney, SC to the late William Amzi and Mary Coyle Hill. She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert Howard Harbin and sister Lucille Greenway. Virginia was a framer for Broyhill Furniture in Lenoir, and a member of Spencer Mountain Baptist Church in Gastonia. Private family services will be held at a later date. She is survived by: son, Robert Wayne Harbin of Lincolnton, NC; daughter, Cynthia Dale Beckner of Harrisburg, NC; sister, Mary Willie Hill of Lowell, NC; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
