Vonda Hulett

Vonda Mae Boath Hulett, 81, of Concord, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Tucker Hospice House. Funeral services will be at First Presbyterian Church of Concord on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 11 am. Rev. Ken Craig will officiate. Born August 21, 1931 in Wayne County, MI, she was the daughter of the late Ronald MacGregor Boath and the late Anna Blanche McEwen Boath. She is also preceded in death by a son, Larry Hulett and daughter, Lynn Hill. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, William Harold Hulett of the home; two sons, Skip Hulett of Lincolnton and David Hulett of Mooresville; daughter, Leann Hulett of Concord; and nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She worked in radio in traffic control at WSOC also, Mrs. Hulett worked for Cabarrus County for 10 years when she retired. The family requests that memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Western North Carolina, 3800 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215 or to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
