Walter Jordan "Chuck" Kennedy III, 64 years of age, of Myrtle Beach, formerly of Albemarle, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 at Stanly Manor in Albemarle.
Chuck was born April 26, 1952 in Stanly County to the late Walter Jordan Kennedy Jr. and the late Dorothy Carpenter Kennedy.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Tamara Kennedy Whitley, and her husband, Billy Whitley.
The graveside service will be on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Palestine Cemetery, 35614 Palestine Road, Albemarle, NC. Rev. Jim Yow will officiate.
Survivors include his sister, Joyce Kennedy Rogers and husband, Claude, of Albemarle; and one niece, Emily Rogers Thompson and husband, John, of Albemarle.
Memorials may be made to the Stanly County Humane Society, 2049 Badin Rd, Albemarle NC 28001 or to the donor's choice.
