Wanda Lilly

Wanda Lou Lilly, 82 years of age, of Concord, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Wanda was born February 9, 1935 in West Virginia to the late Earl E Harris and the late Verna Harris. She was also preceded in death by husbands: Chester Jackson, Charles Hudson, and Larry Lilly, and by her sister, Edith Lavender.

The family would invite friends to attend a memorial service on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 6:00 pm at Grace Church, 2007 Stallings Road, Harrisburg, NC 28075. The celebration of Wanda's Life will be officiated by Pastor Doug Agnew.

Survivors include nephew, Terry L. (Pamela) Lavender of Shepherd, MI, nephew, Rusty L. (Candis) Lavender of Huntington, WV; great niece /nephews, Amber (Sergio) Flores and children, Grace Wilson and Gabriel Flores of MI, Nathan Lavender of IN; and brother-in-law, Malcolm Lavender of Huntington, WV.

Wanda was a loving Christian woman who went to be with the Lord and Savior on September 1, 2017. She will be truly missed by her family and friends. She was a devoted member of the Grace Church in Harrisburg for approximately thirty years. Wanda taught many generations of young members who grew up and continue to honor her many ways. She retired from K-Town Furniture where she worked as a sales associate.
