Wayne Davis

Wayne Reed Davis, 65 age, of Florence, SC, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Five Oaks Manor, Concord, NC. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle on Monday, February 18, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The funeral service will be at Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC 28144. Military honors will be conducted by Stanly County DAV Chapter 12. Mr. Davis was born on September 30, 1947, to the late Elvin Parks Davis and the late Frances Horne Davis. Wayne is survived by two sons, Terry Davis and wife Lynn of Lexington, and Tony Davis and wife Maxine of Albemarle; a daughter, Tammy Ritchie and husband Steve of Concord; two brothers, Hollis Davis of Norwood, and Ted Davis of Albemarle; two sisters, Pam Ridenhour of Richfield, and Joan Harris of Mocksville; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
