Wayne Fraley

Wayne Lafayette Fraley, age 75 of 711 Arlington Ave., Albemarle, NC 28001, passed away on August 09, 2011 at Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center in Albemarle. The family will receive friends from 3 PM until 4 PM Thursday August 11, 2011 at Hartsell Funeral Home, Albemarle. The funeral service will be 4 PM Thursday, August 11, 2011 in Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Brent Pope will officiate. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, on Stokes Ferry Road. Born in Stanly County on May 16, 1936, he was the son of the late Ervin Hoyle Fraley and the late Eva Flossie Greene Fraley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Herlocker Fraley. He was an auto mechanic. He is survived by his sons, Mike Fraley of Albemarle and David Fraley of Salisbury; sisters, Dorothy Huneycutt and Lorene Vanhoy both of Albemarle; and granddaughters, Jamie Fraley and Morgan Fraley. Memorials may be made to the charity of donor’s choice. ?
