Wg Faggart

WG "Dub" Faggart, 86, of Concord, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014. Mr. Faggart was born October 12, 1927 in North Carolina to the late Kenneth and Edith Bost Faggart. In addtion to his parents he is also preceded in death by his wife, Edith Lewis Faggart; three sisters, Halleen Lambert, Louise Faggart and Ann Motley; two brothers, Maurice Faggart and Frank Faggart. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Jim Posey, will be held at 4:00pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Coldwater Baptist Church, 1045 South Union St. Concord, NC. Burial will follow at Church cemetery. He will lie in state 30 min. prior to the service. He is survived by two sons, Robert Douglas Faggart "Dubby" and wife Deborah of Concord and Rick Faggart and wife Debra of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and three sisters, Sarah Faggart, Rachel Faggart and Amnaris Miller.
