Wilby Garmon

Wilby Bost Garmon, 82 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Brookdale Concord Parkway in Concord.
Wilby was born July 7, 1934 in North Carolina to the late William Nelson Bost and Clara McClure Bost. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Homer and Herman Bost.
She was a dedicated mother that loved to cook and was known for her loving smile.
The funeral service will be Friday, July 15th 2016, 3:00 pm at Mt Herman Lutheran Church in Concord, officiated by The Reverends Carrie Bishop and Tom Smith. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bob" Daniel Garmon; sons, Danny Garmon, James (Jessica) Garmon, Eddie Garmon of Mount Pleasant, and Michael (Bridget ) Garmon of CO; daughters, Robin (Steve) Moore, Susan (Paul) Keever and Lisa (Derek) Wilson of Concord; grandchildren, Collin and Chase Wilson, Justine and Cali Keever, Avery and Deacon Garmon and Larin Moore; great grandchildren Isabella and Dakota; two sisters, Melissa Wiggins and Julia Hartsell.
The family would like to thank the family of the late Sharon Crumitie for her loving care of their mother during the early years with Alzheimer's.
