William Lawrence Cantelmo, 75 years of age, of Concord, NC passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 at his home.
Willie was born July 2, 1940 in Orange, NJ to the late William Lawrence Cantelmo, Sr. and the late Filomena Cantore Cantelmo.
His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 4:00 pm at 298 Pleasant Hill Dr., Concord, NC, officiated by Chaplain, John Denny. The family will receive guests following the service.
A Memorial Service will be scheduled later in September in New Jersey.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Hope Roberta Miller Cantelmo of Concord, NC; loving daughter, Jennifer Cullinane and husband Timothy of Concord, NC; sisters, Adeline Burton and husband Lowell of West Orange, NJ, and Marie Murtha of Traverse City, MI; and his beloved dog, Max.
Willie loved traveling and the outdoors. He was an avid ocean and fly fisherman, golfer, wood worker, and boater. Willie was a renaissance man. He was the answer man, who loved investigating and finding solutions and answers.
