William Culp, Sr

William "Bill" Ross Culp, Sr., 75 years of age, of Concord, NC went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at his home after a long period of declining health. Bill was a life long resident of the area, and was well known as the owner of Culp's Auction Service.
Bill was born February 5, 1941 in Concord, NC to the late John Culp Sr. and the late Stella Alexander Culp. He was also preceded in death by his brothers John Culp, Jr., J.D. Culp, Nicholas Culp, Buddy Culp and George Culp; as well as sister Betty Furr.
Survivors include two sons Rodney Culp and William Culp, Jr.; daughter, Pamela Culp; grandchildren Travis Keziah and wife Tina, Trevor Keziah, Jessica Barnette and Robert Moose; great grandchildren Dahlia Keziah and Robby Barnette; sister Evelyn Knowles; and long time companion Louise Culp.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday, December 5, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Garry Revels. Burial will follow at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Concord.
