William Henry

William Allen Henry, “Cooter”, 73, of Concord, passed away peacefully on February 27,2021 at home in Concord, NC.

He was born on July 7,1947 to Whit and Mary (Deese) Henry in Concord, NC.

William worked as a Mechanic for many years which he thoroughly enjoyed. William enjoyed serving his Jesus and telling others about Him, He also loved spending time with his family. He was especially proud of his grandchildren (7) and great grandchildren (8). He always enjoyed going to the beach. He absolutely loved the ocean!

William is survived by his two beautiful daughters Tanya (Jeff) Harlow of York, SC, Crystal (Tim) Clark of Midland, NC; his loving sister and brother-in-law Mary (Ralph) Ferrell of Concord, NC.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Mary Deese Henry; his father, Whit Clifford Henry, and his sister, Joyce Ann Plummer.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 11:45 am, Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Thursday at 12:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord in Concord officiated by Rev. Michael Brown . Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord.
