William Loftin

William Clete "Billy" Loftin III, 48 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2014.

Billy was born December 3, 1965 in Montgomery County to the late William Clete Loftin Jr. and the late Kathryn Ann Parsons Loftin.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday, May 5, 2014 at the home of his sister, Libby Rummage.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Loftin and fiance, Robin, and her children, T. J. and Chasity, of Albemarle; and sisters, Libby Rummage of Albemarle and Tammy Loftin of Troy; and nephews, Terry and James Rummage; and his longtime companion, Diane.
