William Taylor

William Matthew Taylor, 83 years of age, of Troy, NC, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Autumn Care Nursing Center in Biscoe. Mr. Taylor was born July 23, 1929, Hampton County, SC to the late Sarah Taylor. The funeral service, officiated by Jonathan Schulz will be held at Mt. Gilead Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 125 Myrtlewood Drive, Mt. Gilead, NC, 27306 at 4:00 pm, Sunday, July 14, 2013. He was affectionately known as "Willie" by many. He is survived by cousins and many friends, including Jonathan, Angela, and Samuel Schulz of Troy and Christine Butler also of Troy. He dedicated his life to Jehovah God and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on November 15, 2008. He was a faithful man and a beloved brother. He enjoyed fishing and eating out with friends.
