Willie Mae Miller Yow, Age 85 of 48516 Willie Rd, Richfield, NC 28137, passed away on December 10, 2009 at her home surrounded by her husband and children. She was born in Stanly County on July 17, 1924. She was preceded in death by her mother Rilla Hunt Miller , her father Willie P. Miller , . The family will meet at the home. She was a great quilter. She loved her flower gardening and she also loved trips to the beach. She had been employed by China Grove Cottom Mills, in China Grove.and was a member of Richfield UMC.. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 11, 2009 from 06:00 PM 08:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle. Funeral service will held on Saturday,December 12, 2009 at 02:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel, 522 N. 2nd Albemarle NC. with the ministers Rev. Curtis Goforth, Rev. Jim Allred, Rev. Robert Cauble officiating. Burial will follow at Richfield Cemetery She was survived by her spouse Dewey Yow of Richfield NC, her Daughter Cathy Susan Yow Potter of Richfield NC, her sons Bobby John Yow and wife Sedonia of Richfield NC, Tommy Wayne Yow and wife Patti of Richfield NC, her grandchildren Dererk Yow, Chris Yow, Tangie Laws, Angie Beane , 6 great grandchildren,, her sisters Gladys M.
