Winfred Kimball

Winfred Eugene Kimball, 82 years of age, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 surrounded by his loving family at home.

Winfred was born January 13, 1933 in Concord to the late James and Leatha Kimball. He was also preceded in death by his granddaughter Chasity Thompson.

He was a Pastor at East Bethel Baptist Church for 30 years and loved by his congregation.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, July 17, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be Saturday at 2:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Concord and officiated by Rev Buck Cannup, Rev. James Shoemaker and Rev. Fred Freeman. Burial will follow at West Concord Cemetery in Concord.

Survivors include wife of almost 60 years, Doris Kimball of Concord; daughters, Kathy (Timothy) Crum and Susan (Joey) Clark; grandchildren, Russell (fiancee Nicole Craven) Clark, Brett (Amy) Clark, Tara (Mark) Capezzuto; great grandbabies, Landon, Nathaniel and Peyton.

Memorials may be made to Cabarrus Palliative Care.
