Lou Grady

Lou Pressley Grady, 82, of Midland, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Grady was born on June 30, 1940, to the late Jess Fitzgerald and Mary Crump Pressley. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Grady; four brothers; three sisters and two half-brothers.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 12:45 pm, on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel. Burial will follow at the Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe.

Lou is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Roger) Helms; son, Ralph Louis (Laura) Grady; daughter, Angela (Jerry) Parker; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Magalene Helms.

The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff of Atrium Union West Hospital and Hospice of Union County for their loving and supportive care.
