William Hyatt, Jr.

William Curtis Hyatt, Jr, 49, of Monroe, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.

Mr. Hyatt was born May 8, 1969 in West Virginia to Carolyn Sue Hyatt and the late William Curtis Hyatt, Sr. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his brother, James Ramon Hyatt. Curt was a proud soldier but will be most remembered as a loving son, brother, husband and father.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:45 pm, Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Euto Baptist Church, 6019 Hwy 205, Marshville, NC. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm officiated by Rev. Dale Brooks, Rev. Lee Davis, and Rev. Josh Fraley.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include: wife, Linda Shane Hyatt; daughter, Hope Rachel Hyatt; son, James Julius Hyatt; sister, Lydia (Garry) Herring; mother, Carolyn Sue Hyatt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Euto Baptist Church, One Student Ministries, c/o Hope and James Hyatt, 6019 Hwy 205, Marshville, NC. 28103.
